Erasmus+ KA1 Design
We support ITS Academies in designing customized Erasmus+ programs. We start by analyzing the educational objectives and the needs of the institution, then develop the complete application with consistency and precision. We select reliable partners in Europe, build the operational plan, and handle all necessary documentation, including administrative management and quality monitoring. Our approach integrates strategy, expertise, and attention to detail to ensure solid, sustainable projects with real educational impact.
ITS Academy Mobility Organization
We handle the practical organization of Erasmus+ projects, overseeing every phase of mobility: from selecting the most suitable destinations for ITS Academy profiles, to matching with companies and host organizations, and providing logistical, linguistic support and participant accompaniment. We coordinate the flows, prepare informational materials, and offer continuous assistance before, during, and after the experience. Each program is designed to offer safety, inclusivity, and educational value, in line with the professional skills required in the European context.
Workshops and company visits
We design short but highly educational experiences: thematic workshops, technical seminars, company visits, and meetings with professionals in the relevant sectors. These activities, often integrated into Erasmus+ programs, allow students and staff of the ITS Academy to closely observe production processes, innovative technologies, and European organizational models. Direct contact with centers of excellence helps consolidate the knowledge acquired in the classroom, enriching the educational path and guiding the participants' professional choices.
Training internships abroad
We organize Erasmus+ internships in qualified companies abroad, selected based on the field of study and the objectives of the institute.
ITS Academy students have the opportunity to concretely apply their technical skills within real working environments, experiencing international rhythms, tools, and production dynamics. In addition to technical learning, each internship is designed to develop transversal skills such as autonomy, problem solving, time management, and intercultural communication. We follow the entire process: from planning to final evaluation.
Language courses in Europe
We organize educational stays with intensive English language courses at certified schools in various European countries, combined with cultural activities, excursions, and opportunities for international socialization. The programs are designed to enhance language communication in a practical and contextualized way, encouraging interaction in real-life settings. Students improve their fluency, comprehension, and linguistic confidence, as well as their openness to new cultures. The experience is completed with themed workshops and meetings with local educational institutions.
Meetings with European ITS Academies
We facilitate the comparison between Italian and European ITS Academies through structured activities: job shadowing, workshops, institutional visits, and bilateral meetings. These moments of dialogue allow for the exploration of different educational models, the exchange of teaching methodologies, the creation of synergies, and the joint planning of new Erasmus+ activities. Our role is to build strategic and lasting connections between similar institutions, promoting the European dimension of higher technical education and strengthening the international networks of the ITS Academy system.
